Terms of Service
The short version of the rules for using Dineza.
The service
Dineza provides digital menus, QR ordering, restaurant dashboards, analytics, and digital payments for food-service businesses. Features vary by plan (FREE, STARTER, PRO).
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your restaurant's staff accounts. Role-based access is available to limit what each staff member can do.
Acceptable use
Use Dineza to run your own restaurant operations. Do not attempt to access other restaurants' data, interfere with the service, or misuse customer information collected through ordering.
Payments & billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at purchase. Online payments are processed by our payment provider and subject to their terms.
Availability
Dineza is provided on a best-effort basis as an independently built product. We work to keep it reliable and will communicate about important changes.
